Smoothies

This is something that you kind of find what works for you. I don’t measure for this, so here are my guesses. Tweak and experiment as works best for you. 

Blend:

2-3 frozen bananas 

1 cup plant-based milk (oak is my norm)

1-3 teaspoons flaxseeds

Possible additions to add to blender:

Fresh or frozen fruit

Cocoa powder 

Peanut butter

Vanilla (1 tsp)

Greens

Other veggies (like fennel, celery, or cucumber)

Plant-based yogurt

Garnish with a piece of the fruit or veggies used
