Overnight Oats

Before bed, grab a portable container you’ll be able to easily take with you the next day. Cover the bottom with rolled oats.

Add any of all of the following:

peanut butter

cinnmamon

raisins/craisins

sliced almonds

peanuts

chia seeds

ground flax seeds

sesame seeds

any other dried fruit, nuts, or seeds

Cover it with your favorite plant-based milk and place the lid on it and put it in the fridge.

If you have time in the morning, add or take some fresh fruit for topping: berries, banana slices, and kiwi all work well.
