Corn Salsa

1 can of roasted corn (or a frozen bag, thawed)
1/2 red onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 jalapeño, diced
1 poblano, diced
1 garlic clove, diced
a large handful of cilantro, ripped or chopped
juice on one lime
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil

Mix all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle olive oil on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
