Smoothie Bowl

Make this like a smoothie, just a little less plant-based milk so it is thicker. So many options of what to include inside and what to top it with.

Blend the frozen bananas and the plant-based milk. Everything else is optional.

For the one pictured, I blended

2 frozen bananas 

1/2 cup oat milk

2 teaspoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

a handful of frozen spinach

and topped with oats, coconut flakes, and fresh strawberries.

Additional options for the blender:

any fresh or frozen fruit

flaxseeds

fresh spinach

peanut butter

cocoa powder

Additional topping options:

any fresh fruits

maple syrup

peanut butter

granola

chia seeds
