Roasted Veggies

Dice up the veggies you’d like to use (potatoes, beets, golden beets, onions, carrots, broccoli, red cabbage, garlic, squash).

Drizzle with olive oil, and add salt and pepper. Baked at 400 for about 35 minutes. Stirring every 15 minutes or so.
