Corn Casserole

1 stick vegan butter

1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn (no not drain)

1 (16 oz) can of cream corn

1/2 cup plus 1/2 Tbsp flour

1/2 cup corn meal

2 Tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 Tbsp vegetable/canola oil

6-8 oz vegan sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I melt butter in the baking dish (9x13 ish), but you can also melt butter in the microwave. Mix the ingredients in the order given, stirring as you go. Mix well. Bake for 1 hour.
