Meat Is Essential (If You Don’t Eat Anything Else)

You need meat

to get your protein

Well, apart from

peanut butter

...and tofu

...and broccoli

kale, almonds,

lentils, peas, hummus,

asparagus, quinoa,

hemp, potatoes,

chickpeas, oats,

spinach, artichokes,

Brussels sprouts, corn,

cashews, pumpkin seeds,

avocados...

Alright,

but apart

from all the vegetables

and the grains

and the legumes

and the nuts and the seeds

and even the fruits

Apart from the

three hundred thousand

edible plants

in the world,

you need meat

to get your protein
