Red Lentil Soup

Recipe right off the bag of lentils (with a few modifications)

Sauté one onion and several cloves of garlic. Add 4 C water and 1 C rinsed red lentils and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 t. cumin, 1/4 t. paprika, 1/4 t. turmeric, juice from half a lemon, salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley, paprika and sriracha.
