Cauliflower Bites

1 cup flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup water
1 head cauliflower

3/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot (or other hot sauce or barbecue sauce)

1 Tbsp olive oil

Mix together flour, garlic powder, and water to form your batter. Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces and add to batter and mix well. Use tongs to place battered pieces onto sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes (flipping once after 12 minutes) until golden brown.

Mix hot sauce or barbecue sauce with olive oil. When cauliflower is golden, pour on top and toss together on pan. Bake another 4 minutes to cook in.

You can make a ranch dipping sauce by mixing vegan mayo with parsley (fresh or dried), garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. I don't measure, but maybe 1 tsp of each, taste and add more spices until it tastes how you'd like it.
