Cashew Cheese Dip
2 cups raw cashews
1/c cup lemon or lime juice
1 bell pepper
1 jalepeño
3-4 cloves garlic
Grind cashews in a food processor (should work in a good blender too). Then add lemon or lime juice and 1/4 cup water and mix some more. Then add bell and jalapeño peppers and garlic and continue to mix. Stop to scrape the sides as needed.
The advice I was given by the friend who gave the recipe to me, "When it looks all done, then do it longer."
