Avocado Toast

Toast your choice of bread (both Mom’s Homemade Bread and Bran Rolls work great for this, but you can buy a nice unsliced loaf at the grocery store bakery section or use a bagel).

Drizzle olive oil over toast.

Scoop and smash avocado onto the toast.

Grind black pepper

Add a generous amount of nutritional yeast, everything bagel seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

You can also top with sliced radishes or tomatoes.
